Our motivational organization is deeply committed to today's youth matriculating through the ranks of the inner city schools.
Our mission is to change the lives of young people through the power of promoting higher education and greater work ethic within the community. We are advocates for HBCU's (Historically Black Colleges & Universities).
Each year, we create speacial learning opportunities for students. This includes our mentoring program, Youth Advisory Council, uniquely crafted workshops and inspirational lectures, and our annual Rubin & Dixon HBCU Tour where students have the opportunity to travel and visit HBCU's across the country, just to name a few. We are expanding & now impacting the great states of Michigan, Indiana, and North Carolina.
