COVID-19 REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST

Disclaimer: Please completely fill out the following form if you are requesting COVID-19 reimbursement. Forms that are not complete will not be considered. We encourage parents to use your previous payment as a credit for our upcoming travel experience. Please note that at this time, all students have a credit for the amount paid that will apply to our upcoming HBCU Tour once the CDC gives the "OK" that is it safe to travel. Also, please note that those who had not paid in full by the due date may be at risk of receiving no reimbursement or only partial reimbursement. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
